How to Order
Place your order in advance from the shop below for pick-up at the Topanga Farmers Market.
We'll also have a variety of bread for sale at the market if we have sold out of pre-orders.
Organic Sourdoughs
Topanga Mother focuses on naturally fermented sourdough breads, only using organic flour and whole grains. We favor gentle mixing methods and fully hydrated doughs. Because of this, each loaf of bread has shines with its own characteristics, reflective of the ingredients and energy that characterize our process from start to finish.
