A sourdough pan loaf stuffed with raisins and cinnamon that brings you back to your younger days. We create a cinnamon brine to rehydrate the raisins. This adds a sweet floral component along with Eli's Bees Honey to the bread without adding sugar, and achieves the hydration we always pursue in pan loaves.
